Returns and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Items ordered directly from House Of Knowledge & Natural Health may be returned to us under the following conditions:
1. Items must be new, unopened and include all components
2. Return shipments must include a copy of the original packing slip
3. Return shipments must be sent by tracking means (such as USPS Priority Mail Service or UPS Ground Service) within 30 days of the shipment date on the packing slip

Refunds will only be issued for new merchandise ordered directly from House Of Knowledge & Natural Health returned in the original condition. Refunds will be issued for the value of the items ordered and any applicable sales taxes; original order shipping and handling will not be refunded.
We suggest you retain a copy of the tracking number for your return for reference. A refund will be issued to the card used on the order within 3-6 weeks of us receiving the returned item(s) provided they meet the conditions above.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item if available
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
